Services

THE CURATED HOME by design provides professional home organization and styling services. All services are time-based and scope-dependent. Outcomes vary based on individual preferences, decision-making, and ongoing maintenance.

We do not provide interior design, construction, or contracting services.

Consultations & Scheduling

Consultations may be virtual or in person and are scheduled based on availability. Any consultation fees, credits, or package details will be communicated prior to booking.

Payment & Fees

All services are reserved in advance and billed according to the selected package, hourly service, or agreed proposal. Payment is required to secure scheduled time.

Organizational products, décor, and materials are purchased separately by the client unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the time-intensive and customized nature of our work, all scheduled services are non-refundable once booked. If a change is needed, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your session to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can plan accordingly and deliver the best experience. Our goal is always to create a thoughtful, seamless experience from start to finish.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the space during scheduled sessions and participating in decisions related to belongings, placement, and donations. THE CURATED HOME by design is not responsible for items discarded or donated with client approval.

Product Sourcing & Off-Site Time

Project time may include off-site sourcing of organizational or styling products when applicable. Product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are not guaranteed and are dependent on third-party vendors.

Liability

While care is taken during all sessions, THE CURATED HOME by design is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions related to structural or mechanical elements of the home.

Clients agree to release and hold harmless THE CURATED HOME by design from claims related to service outcomes, client decisions made during sessions, or product performance.

Photography & Content

With client permission, photographs of completed spaces may be used for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes. No identifying details will be shared without consent.

All website content, images, branding, and written materials are the intellectual property of THE CURATED HOME by design and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Disclaimer

Specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Organization and styling results depend on client preferences, lifestyle, and long-term maintenance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
